Koichiro Ishibashi laboratory, The University of Electro-Communications The theme of the laboratory is Low Power Integrated Electronics, where we are investigating IoT related electronics technology. We believe these technologies could contribute to realize safe and sustainable society. Scope of our laboratory spreads such technologies as
(1) Design technology of ultra-low power LSI devices, Energy harvesting, Sensor networks.
(2) Energy harvesting electric power sensor, Sensors for medical electronics.
(3) Sensor applications to aquaculture and agriculture.
